As we finally get into spring I am curious to know is there something you do each year to welcome it?

I, always buy pansies ... they make me happy and make me feel like it is indeed spring.

I start my seedlings in March =)

The Mister and I take a ride up to a local flower garden to see what's coming up

AND... we get ready for our Boys of Summer by renting all our favorite baseball movies!!!!

       I clean all the windows both inside and out--alot of spring cleaning and I plant many flowers back home

I start work on the yard... I love having flowers anyplace there is space.  I am glad I didn't put any out here, it has been snowing again and it's soooooo cold.  I also start buying things to decorate the yard with, it's one of my favorite times.

They keep saying its spring on the news - and then telling us that it's going down below freezing tonight, again, oh and tomorrow will be 45 - brrrrrrrrrrrrr

I feel very strongly that by the end of the Easter season, the Christmas tree absolutely, positively has to come down.

I thought of another spring thing  - put air in my bicycle tires - that I always find out is necessary the hard way, riding on flats is not fun [:)]

I plant fresh rosemary and lavendar (for protection) and then sprinkle needle under the doormat to keep away the negative (normally meaning my birth father - funny he hasn't been over here since I came out of the closet as a witch.)

its sunny and 74 degrees here.......supposed to be 80 tomm.........now if i only knew someone with a really pretty motorcycle to take me for a ride!

I always celebrate spring by buying a new spring-like outfit.  Just bought a new skirt set in ocean teal.

does the rosemary and lavender grow well in containers? i only have a deck here and it only gets morning sun! *not a witch yet.......but doing alot of studying!

I think you can grow anything in containers, not positive, but I think you can.
