I've got a pair of 8" heels. Not ballet boots per se but lovely little things with funky wedge heels. And it IS possible to walk in them. Walking gracefully is another question altogether.

I want a pair of thigh high lace up no zipper matte black "ballet" height boots with hooves on the bottom, personally. Pierre Silber is a wet dream for me....

I've used my 8" heels as a training tool to teach myself body awareness and conscious control. They have also helped me walk MUCH more gracefully in 5" heels.

I  love that site.  If you have a very strong interest in ballet shoes/boots, theres 2 manafacturers I vemanaged to find.  Devious is one, and its their ballet heels on every site that sells ballet heels by default.  There is a Euro site (www.punitiveshoes.com) that sells some different styles that can only be found on that site ( they don't sell to retail sites)

Devious's boots can be stood  or walked in as the sole of the boot is curved and is a tight enough fit around the arch/instep so that little or non of the bodys weights is carried by the toes ( if the fits tight enough, you should should be able to wiggle your toes freely inside the boots even when standing unsupported ).  Devious's ballet shoes on the other hand do not have that support.  Attempting to walk or possibly stand is good way to tear or break something as they simply don't have the arch/instep support necessary that the boots.   So buy the boots if you want the sub to walk around, buy the shoes if you want them on all 4's

Punitiveshoes.coms ballet heels should not be stood in under no circumstances,  unlesss you want your toes boken.  Unlike
Devious's line, all of the one found on Punitive have a flat sole, both inside and out and tend to be very loose on the arch/instep part of the foot.  They provide no support whatsoever for both heel of the foot and the arch/instep, so any downward weight is applied directly to the toes.

If you want something custom, good luck.  I've been trying to find someplace, anyplace that  offers custom ballet heels for awhile now with no luck.  I suspect Devious might have the resources necessary but it would probably take a phone call or 2.  Punitiveshoes is an italian site and their stuffs extremely expensive to begin with, but I think they are more equipped to del with custom ordes better.

Kinda sucks too.  I'd like to get  a pair of ballet heels without the actual heel as a restraint device one of these days.  Which is actually kinda funny, since I'm not paticularly enarmored of the sub crawling on all fours to being with.

Same here to be honest, although probably for different reason than yourself daddysprop. Not only do i prefer the look of the shoes over boots, but the loss of the ankle support the boot provides pretty much eliminates the capacity of walking, although standing very carefully is till possible.

actually that is very much the reason i prefer the shoes to the boots...the idea of being hobbled, of having my physical movement restricted to such a degree is very erotic to me. for the same reason i've always been aroused by reading the history of chinese foot binding, and seeing the tiny little crippling shoes and mangled feet.

If your Master decides to ever indulge this paticular desire for you, might want to bring it to his attention that a good pair of knee pads is the perfect accessory to go with them.  Look around some on the pony/pet play sites, I've seen a few made specific for fetish uses

I bought a pair of the Punitiveshoes ballet boots for my pony ensemble, and it's true, they are immensely difficult to walk in. However, mine seem to be built on a slightly different plan, since I've got toe wiggle-room aplenty. In fact, I took the advice of a friend who's actually become quite adept at walking in her ballet boots and bought myself a pair of gel toe-shoe inserts. It gave my toes something to push against to all my weight wasn't on my heel and instep.

Her Sir also took a pair if the Devious line ankle boots and turned them into wedges after the stilletto heel snapped off. I've seen her walk around varous places for hours with them on. It's really quite impressive.

for those with ankles in full health, grace is taught easily with open 8" heels. the less closier on the foot, the more the wearer must be conscience of their movement. the wearer must be graceful or else they're hitting the floor face or boobs first. i hate them for this reason. now 8" boots i can run in. this is my knowledge from working in nightclubs where such attire is mandatory. when girls came in who'd never worn them, we'd tell them to put them on right out of bed and do everything as far as arround the house that they could. after vacuuming up your stairs in them, it becomes secund nature pretty much.
ballet boots would have no place in a club, but i know that wasn't the OP's question. perhaps you might try dancing heels first,,,

Their boots may be different than thier shoes, which from your experience is in all likelihood true,  I've only ever seen their ballet shoes hands on personally before.  The Gel-toe inserts is a very good idea,  I've seen something simililiar from ballet dance supply sites before.

As for the wedge ones, not totally suprised. the wedge gives a much broader contact with the ground than the purpose made heels would.

Hi all,

I wear and walk in ballet boots and shoes. I am lucky that i was ballet trained  I can and have walked in them or over 90 mins at a time.

They are NOT or everyone. They  are not meant for walking in really...well not many can.

There is a small video of me walking in them on our website.

I have to admit, I don't seem to have the appreciation for shoes that most women do -- however, the ballet boots ... ohmyohmyohmy! I can't imagine walking in them, but just to wear them <sigh> ... oh yes please!

Oooh...ballet boots are just hot.

edited to add...they would be most effective for me to just put em on, lock me in a cage and let me admire them since I am a complete and utter klutz and would break a leg if I had to try and walk in them.

I feel that while they are attractive, they would do me more harm than good.  No use in hurting myself, as it just puts me out of service to Master.

Grace in Service,
caitriona
