Chicago will get first crack Saturday at the U.S. Olympic Committee considering the city's bid to host the 2016 Summer Games.
Chicago's competition, Los Angeles, will follow with its own presentation at a Washington hotel before the 11-member USOC board votes on which city will represent the United States in an international contest. The winning announcement is scheduled for about 3 p.m. Chicago time. [snip]
Im really hoping Chicago gets it. I know after the 14th, it still must compete Internationally.
