ORIGINAL: Vendaval "Mexican traffickers wage publicity war" By JULIE WATSON, Associated Press Writer Thu Apr 12, 2:44 PM ET "MEXICO CITY - Drug traffickers are waging a highly effective publicity campaign in Mexico that began with a chilling show of brutality in Acapulco: two police officers' heads, streaming with blood, were stuck on metal spikes outside a downtown building with a fluorescent cardboard sign. "So that you learn to respect," it read in thick black letters. I pretty much feel the same way here: I'd trust Nicky Scarfo, John Gotti Jr and Vinny Gigante to do a better job running this country than the current crooks in office. I know one thing for sure..... they wouldn't hypothecate our infrastructure to foreign entities or sell out our autonomy. - R
