i wanted to throw this out to see if i could get some ideas from Mistresses. i am looking for ways to humiliate myself in front of Women due to the fact that i have a very small penis. the trouble is it's difficult to do in ways that are not going to get me arrested lol. does anyone have any ideas for me? thank You all in advance for Your help:)

That's not humiliating yourself - that's taking what you want from a stranger without regard to their feeling on it. Find a woman who wants to humiliate you.

You don't need a Mistress to laugh at your small winkie.. plenty of mean vanilla girls that would do that in a heartbeat.
