Hi, i've been aquaintance with one Professional Domme, and She offered me an opportunity to be Her video slave. we don't know each other that well at all, but i really want to get close to Her without spending money on professional sessions. i just love the way She treats men, the sound of confidence in Her voice, everything... My question is, if i am filmed, what are the dangers/consequences i should consider? In other words, nowdays You never know when videos might leak out. If You were in my place, would You take this opportunity? What precautions would You take? i need all the available advice. As for my career, i am still studying... but my career could take a path towards the 'high profile' type (you never know). i understand that a lot of things need to be discussed with the Domme Herself, but i want to develop a deep understanding of the implications of this topic before speaking with Her in detail. Any advice/questions welcome, though as a reminder, we haven't spoken about this, i just got Her notice today saying "do You want to participate in one or more of my videos?"

i've been in plenty of video's; the only rule of thumb that i have is no face shots, thus eliminating potential problems when it comes to family, career, etc.

yes but if you have any distingushing marks,scars or tattoes he may want to cover them up as well. if your career becomes high profile, all kinds of people come out of the woodwork then...so just be safe and careful

If you want to keep your private life private you may want to reconsider. Assume that it may come back to haunt you in the future, whether intentionally or unintentionally. If you don't mind, then do it.

Maybe negotiate that you would be wearing some kind of hoood/mask over your face, its not as if it detracts from a scene...unless of course they are a limit for you Lucy

If you are in any video that gets sold, you will have to sign a video release with your real name, and give a copy of your driver's license and another form of ID. If you have ANY issue with the video and that model release being seen together? Don't do it. You can of course limit your problems by making sure that you wear a hood or have no facial shots, and making sure any tattoos, identifying scars, birthmarks, or other things are not shot in the video. But that signature and driver's license are pretty damning. Now, I will be honest. 99% of the time that model release will never see anything but the Domme's file cabinet, or that of her lawyer. So it's not horribly dangerous to do a video like this, but it IS a risk. ~E

If you don't want it on the net, don't do it. Even with all the release forms and such in the US, there's always off-short (i.e. hosted outside of the country) servers that don't give a rats ass if it can make them some money. Master Fire

I am a femdom that really enjoys getting videos and pictures of her submissive doing things. I can completely understand why any man would be hesitant to engage in these kinds of activities. In my cases, I've developed enough mutual trust with the person to come to some agreement about it. I have no desire or intent to ever share any of the videos I have a man make (unless it is to show my girlfriends, but he is aware of that and agrees to it). You have to be very careful. Whatever you put out in a digital format, consider the consequences as if you just shared it with the world. There's always that possibility. Akasha

[8\|]hmmm... The issue here is that this video will proboably be released (She sells Her videos online). So thousands, if not millions of people will see it (maybe even some of you lol) i don't mind if people close to me find out (friends, family) because my relationship with them is on a personal level. i am only worried about the people who want to make me look bad, or use the video against me (competitors, opponents). How can i protect myself from those? (Is the risk of them digging up my collarme profile equal to the risk of them digging up a video)? Though if i do this, i will defenitely try with masks.....[sm=evil.gif]

I am a veteran twenty year paralegal and currently a major in political science at the University of Missouri. There is an adage that goes like this: Never Film Anything You don't Want a Stranger to see. If you do want to go through with this then a contractual aggreement strictly forebidding your unauthorized release of any and all portions of the video. This may not stop it from being released, however, it will give you leverage in court should it come to that

So any cop can easyily confirm that the performer in the photo is the right age, by going round to their house if neccessary, just by visiting the address on the website and getting the paperwork. And if "Violet Blues" blogs to be believed, as a high profile blogging porn reviewer, she's got copies of the performers details with the DVD's. all the advice listed seems sound, especially covering of tats and birth marks. ask to be addressed by a "stage name" as they are called from my world. gratification is a bit more difficult when cameras are present, activity is meant to look good on screen... hope this helps- Phoenix

Think of the person you would least like to see such material. If that thought bothers you then don't do it. It might sound extreme but I have done modelling myself that may be shocking to some people and I can tell you that it is very easy for people to get a hold of things like that. Make sure you think of your future if you have any concerns whatsoever about it and also that you trust the person taking the material.
