It appeals to dumb and naive chicks. Of course I'm guessing on this because I am not dumb. I think people tend to find their equal in intellect.

Some people have a Rescuer and/or Teacher archetypes. To them, talking to a "lost" or "new" person can be highly satisfying. If either are working in their shadow aspects, then, yes, the person acting like they need to be rescued or to be taught can get laid....among other things. Master Fire

I have found myself physically attracted to someone, but once he opened his mouth and something unintelligible came out, that was the end for me. Although, men tend to be more visual creatures than women. I would imagine, if a man is attracted to a woman with a mind, the physical beauty will only keep him interested for a short period if she happens to be dumb.

I don't think it does, because if posing stupid questions got people laid we'd see the questions stop when they do get laid. Since the people spend so much time tending to their stupid threads, it is obvious they have no time to fuck.
