I was looking for more information and maybe some personal experiences with anal plugs. I have a anal trainer set, and i also have someone who is very interested in "training" for plugs. Im not sure what to really ask here so maybe some people can share what they do, or some basics about it?

personally I love plugs. It's a great way to play in public without anyone else knowing. If she/he has never experienced them, I would suggest to begin with the smallest one first, use plenty of lube, and don't forget to be very slow about inserting it

how long should you wear for? once your ass is used to them, how often should you wear? can you wear them all the time, minus the time you need to use the bathroom? what if they dont stay in, is there like special underwear or straps to use?

thanks for the link, it was very useful! im going to ask the same question I asked her on her website, maybe someone here can direct it?

My partner and I are very interested in getting into anal play and wearing plugs. I’ve read all about starting off slow, with an anal trainer kit, and wearing for short periods of time till your ready to move to the next step. What I would like to know is, what is the best way to achieve long term wear? Also, is there a way to wear a plug 24/7? If not, what is your suggestion for the longest possible term wear? Once that is achieved, will the plugs stay in, or should some type of harness be worn?

I have used anal plugs with my students many times before, especially when I was training pony girls and sometimes puppy girls. It really depends on the type of anal plug you get.

Are you looking into the rubber ones, acryllic, or metal? (there is a difference. The rubber ones usually do best for ones new to it). Acryllic and metal ones if she is sitting in chairs and all will get extremely painful if she catchs it the wrong way being very solid. So, the soft ones are your best bet for the beginning stages. Usually, if you are planning anal sex with her, the medium plug should dialate her to where it doe snot hurt like hell.

Rubber ones are a good start, but what a lot of the girls have complained on is the plug's desire to go "all the way in." Usually the base folds and causes the plug to go deeper in.

In the beginning start with the smallest, which is about 3/4" diameter. Then, when she starts having it fall out, she can move to the larger one which is about 1.5" in diameter. They do make a 3" variety but I would not recommend it. Look into some lubricant like anal ease. It does help make it more comfortable. Usually it takes about 1-2 weeks on long term use to get used to them. Most of the ones I have used them with have said after the initial pain if not used to them, it feels like being completely filled and sometimes constipated. They also havecomplained on the first few removals for cleansing that it is fairly painful to remove the first few times. This is because the base of the plug is much smaller in diameter and it will hurt to remove it once it gets past the base.

On long term wear, it can be done 24/7. The problem is you need to keep a routine schedule on things like removing it for defocation, otherwise the feces will back up in the girl and cause major problems. If you are training one, say for puppy or pony play, where one cannot use a toilet, I would advise strongly giving enemas at least 3 times a day for cleansing.

Usually, if the girl is cleansed with a enema or two when beginning training, it does make it easier (usually the plugs will make one want to relieve self if not, which will make getting used to them a lot more painful.

They do make chastity belt items with optional plugs both anal and vaginal for long term use. Just remember to clean the plugs often when removing them and keep to a routine schedule on cleansing if you choose long term use (ie. working on 24/7).

Edit: If she gets used to the medium plug, then most likely it will start popping out. As I said above, they do make harnesses and chastity belts geared for this.

that did help, but i do have some follow up questions:

I have the colt butt plug trainer kit, and, I tried this on myself tonight. I sued the #1 plug which isn’t very big, and it went in fairly easily, but wouldn’t stay in. I even put on a very tight pair of underwear, and it wanted out badly. So what is the best way to keep these in? Obviously you need to train yourself to hold them in.

What would you recommend for butt plug holders, and where to buy?

One thing im clueless on is enemas. it seems kind of nasty but I did read a bit about it and it doesn’t seem that bad. ive read there is quick and easy ways, and also, long, drawn out ways. what’s your recommendations? Where can you purchase such things? Also, is it possible to do yourself?

www.nextag.com/enema-kit/search-html should have the info on the enema kits. And yes, one can do them by themselves. Also, there are the fleet enema bottles over the counter in most drug stores.

I am not sure at this point if you are thinking of the anal play being done on you or her at this point. Could you elaborate? As for the one you have, would have to research it some.

As for harnesses for the butt plugs, since not sure if this is for you or her... www.aslanleather.com/catalog/index.php and should have a couple of male ones.

As for the small one slipping out that easily, simply go up to the next size, on whichever one it is ment for, either you or her. But if for her would strongly recommend sterilizing the toys before she tries them if you have been testing them out..

If you plan to leave the plugs in for extended time periods, get silicone plugs. Stay the hell away from "jelly" or anything with a chemical smell to it. The majority of cheap sex toys, as well as some very expensive ones, are made out of plasticized PVC. The plasticizer is basically a solvent, and is rather toxic, perhaps even carcinogenic. It will dissolve condoms with long exposure, so that is not a good soultion either.

Using silicone allows for the use of mineral oil-based lubes, even Vaseline or Crisco. It also allows the toy to be boiled or autoclaved to sanitize it. Here are some good sources of silicone toys:

The latter specialize in anal toys. You won't believe some of the shapes that serious ass sluts want to insert. I would suggest their basic plugs to start. Get the small and medium, 5.5" and 6.5" max circumference. The tiny is too small and will be outgrown quickly, and the large (7.5" ) is a ways down the road unless you are into anal pain. These toys have a neck that is both larger and longer than most plugs, which helps with retention, as well as a steep angle to make expelling the plug more difficult.

You may still need to hold them in, if used for extended periods. There are harnesses available, or a simple one can be tied with rope. One of my favorite fun things to do is put a plug in her ass, and a remote control vibrator in the pussy, and tie them both in with a rope crotch harness. I find appropriate moments to activate the vibrator.

well, the plugs i have are rubber, its the colt anal trainer kit. it sounds like silicone plugs are the way to go?

well, i want to experiment with myself and also with a partner. i always like to try things first for myself before i do them to a submissive. plus i may also enjoy doing this or having someone do this to me.

are the fleet enema kits reusable or no? i was looking for both harnesses for men and women.

as for using rope, thats very simple for the female, but how about for the male? i dont see a rope harness working out well.

the plugs seem simple to figure out but the enema part and getting on the schedule seems most difficult.
