Correction: I just remembered in the movie: "Flashdance", she was eating lobster, not raw oysters, and she removed her lingerie without taking her top off in a completely different scene, But - I do think they were both very nicely done scenes, and memorable (even if I didn't remember them correctly). See what obscure trivia creeps into your head when you have insomnia? At least it was interesting trivia... *This isn't recent, but, in college I was in a campus play, where I played the "Madam" of a brothel, and one of my "girls" characters was designated to cater to "men with special and violent needs". At the time, I sort of knew what it meant (but not really), and the girl who played that character researched it a little, and she found some information about "Venus in Furs", and also about females being flogged in some book (I forget the title), which she really delved into, and sometimes brough with her to rehearsals. At the time, I thought that was kind of interesting, which wasn't the reaction of some others, when she read selected tid-bits aloud, which she apparently found to be extra-stimulating, once in awhile, at rehearsals. Some would say things like: "How can anyone like that?" etc. Except for the director, and this one gay guy, who just said nothing (but I knew enough at the time, to know what the handerkerchief he sometimes wore, hanging from his left jeans pocket meant, because he'd told me, and I felt like I had some sort of access to some "top-secret" kind of info. related to some "secret society", when he did, too). Being in that play was an introduction to bdsm, of sorts.
