I'd think it would not have been too hard for Va Tech to at least have seen to it that this disturbed student who just killed 32 peple got some on-campus counselling.
I mean, in most Residence halls when I was in college, if someone wasn't sleeping, or was having problems with studying etc. it was almost an automatic recommendation from the Residence hall assistants, as I remember. I will not be suprised at all, if Va Tech is sued by parents of some dead kids.
I'll have to tell my sister about the new Tolkein series, she is a huge fand and will go nuts and run right out and buy it.
No comment on the last story (I don't feel I have enough background to have a well-informed opinion).
