I've never seen this before, but it's pretty cool on a number of levels. It provides for the intimacy and sexual heat of penetrative intercourse, but in a way that is (probably) pleasurable to the woman and painful, or at least uncomfortable, to the man. Most of my femdom relationships (non-pro) have involved sex to some degree. While oral sex certainly can reinforce the femdom dynamic, male penetrative sex can be subversive to that dynamic. It's possible... Depending on how much length you want from the scrotum and how much force is used for the ball-fucking (needs a better term, my suggestion is 'scroting') it can be very dangerous for the man. Testes do pop, for lack of a better word, and the physics say that the more stress you put on them, the less effort is needed to destroy the skin/testes. Consider cutting taught rope. I've been in cold weather and still had my scrotum relaxed (I probably was properly dressed). I've also been in warm weather and have found it quite tight (too much cool breeze?).
