I never said it wasn't painful.
I just said that there's a lot of stuff out there that is a lot more painful than ballf**king, and that I didn't see why people got crosslegged at the thought, or movie, of someone doing it.
As for dropping the hammer ...  ... poor thing, though it might be moderately amusing to watch.

Having had my fair share of accidents, I can imagine, although I don't turn different shades. Mostly red if it hurts too much to laugh at myself.

I have to disagree with you on this one pixel. The scrotum tightens up in order to keep the testicles warm by keeping them close to body temperature. The warmer they are the more relaxed and stretchy the scrotum will be in order to cool themselves away from the internal heat of the body. Think about coming out of a warm shower and stepping into a cooler temperature room or going from warm day into a chilly swimming pool or water. What happens? the penis and testicles shrivel and contract toward the rest of the human body and the warmth available there.

In my experience, I seem to recall it can happen at both extremes.  I've been in cold weather and still had my scrotum relaxed (I probably was properly dressed).  I've also been in warm weather and have found it quite tight (too much cool breeze?).  To the best of my knowledge the testes respond to whatever they sense at any particular moment in time.  

In the warm shower situation you mention, the body is also quite hot and likely having difficulty cooling itself.  Therefore, the testicles would have no reason to pull up into the body as the body would be no cooler than where they are at.  If trapped within a woman's vagina, the body might be cooler than the testicles, thus they might want to pull up.  However, I have no empirical data I can specifically cite to support my position.  Perhaps one day Mistress and I will try it and I'll let you all know!
