Has anyone ever tried to use a climbers harness as a sex swing? It seems like it would work...in fact, they look much like the sex slings that they sell. Granted, you could only get a couple of positions, but they're much cheaper. Any comments?

Having used climbing harnesses many time for rock climbing I don't think that they would work very well. Only the upper legs and the very lower back are supported when you are using a climbing harness and they are not made to hold a person in a horizontal position (chances are the person would end up upsidedown). it may work with some modifications, but I wouldn't use it all by itself.

i work for an civil engineer and we inspect/analyze cell phone towers. His climbing harness is more that 300.00 and would not be conducive to play...so in my opinion a swing would work much better.

I own a climbers harness with shoulder straps, and there is only one position it can be hung from and it is not very comfortable for sexual play. Definitely try it before you buy it!

I use one for suspesion bondage, its a good comfortable tool to add to lessen weight on wrist or torso. I have a black river brand that is a true climbing harness, not a safty harness. You can get them on ebay for less than 100... Works fantastic, loops are capable of holding full weight and as a perk the crotch is free![8\|]
