Instead of getting mired in negativity, we can try and be pro-active examples to the "new ones coming up".
 
Unfortunately, the same things that make "boys" think they are dominants is the same thing that will keep that from happening; self-centered self-interest in the Nth degree.
 
Let's face it: a dominant, taking one of these "boys" under their wing is, essentially, service and mentioning service to a dominant (most of the fake ones, anyway) is like driving across Texas with a Bumper sticker that reads: "We're gay communists and my boyfriend and I are here to confiscate your guns". It doesn't go over, very well. Most of these "dominants" are busy trying to "train" or "protect" a submissive; not for themselves, you understand for the submissives' own good.

Understand something that I imagine many dominants share.  I do not care what you think of me.  I am here for my own purposes, but they aren't you.  What I do and do not say is not to be made dependent on what you think of it.
