There's a world of difference between blatant abuse of power and a consensual D/s relationship. Let's not confuse the two with our speculation.

Yes I know... if it was a D/S then it would have been definatly an abuse of power... no doubt about that.  I was just really surprised by the whole thing.  Like the guy was a dom that compleatly overpowered a trusting vanilla trapping her in her faith.  I couldnt understand though that they actually
found no evidence of abuse at all really.

It seems to be fashionable for some women these days to say "abuse" when they screw up, commit a wrong, or do something they wish they didnt, and damn it, they want it back. It absolves them of all wrongs and responsibilities. Current thoughts seem to be women = retarded children/ victims that need protection and arent responsible for their own acts.

PREMEDITATED MURDER

But she said she did not pull the trigger and the shotgun went off accidentally as she pointed it at him

quote:

Matthew Winkler, a 31-year-old preacher at the Fourth Street Church of Christ, was found in the church parsonage fatally shot in his back in March 2006.

quote:

The prosecution said it was ludicrous to suggest the shooting was an accident and denied that Matthew Winkler was an abusive husband. Assistant District Attorney General Walt Freeland said bank managers were closing in on a check-kiting scheme that Mary Winkler wanted to conceal.

So she "accidentally" shot him in the back while he was at work.
