could try a hard stiff bristle brush or steel wool pulled across the skin... followed by other spanking...

To increase pain after spanking, I agree with MrTime. Ice is wonderful for an after-spanking intense feeling, and so is abrasive play, such as fingernails or sandpaper across the spanked play.

Breast humiliation...maybe talking about how they sag (if they do...many women who have big breasts also have problems with sagging), how more than a mouthful is just a waste, and considering if you like threats, threatening to cut off the wasteful amount of breast to make the breasts a tasteful size. Call them 'lumps of fat', say they are always in the way, things like that.

On humilation related to breast size: Comparing them verbally to the attractive, small, perky breasts you might see, which all models, of course, have. Talking about how the sag, ect. Asking you humilationg questions about what kind and size of bra it takes, that kind of thing. Making fun of your bra - snapping your bra, making you put it on your head, ect. Comparing you to a cow. Making you come to him and bend over so he can fondle your breasts in a 'milking' like fashion.
Paying a lot of attention to your breasts. Talking about how much extra effort goes into breast play - how much rope is required for a rope bra for you, or how big he had to make a breast press. Making you sit or walk around with a hand under each breast, holding them up, presenting them to him - and asking you things like, aren't they heavy?
I really liked 'Did they use to be attractive?'. Hot.

After a spanking, how about sitting on a milk crate, thereby adding 'waffle bottom' to the sensation?

As for humiliatiing remarks about large breast size: "Is that a bra or an over the shoulder boulder holder?" "Are you a Gurnsey or a Hereford?" (breeds of cows) Squeezing one and going "Moooo..." "These would sag even in a weightless enviroment." "Can you run/jump without giving yourself a black eye?" "Can I get you a cart/training wheels for those?" "Have the women in your family ever considered providing famine relief? They could feed the babies for an entire village." (Can you tell I come from a family of large breasted women? I'm the only one who doesn't wear at least a D cup. lol)

With respect to the spanking, any slave that wants more negative sensations after being spanked by me is way too masochistic for my tastes. Sometimes, though, there is a sort of "diminishing return" where additional applications of my hand or the paddle become less and less excrutiating. For that reason, if the call is for more than fifty swats, the experience is broken into additional "sessions", close enough together to be considered the same punishment but far enough apart to allow for the nerves to readjust. The time between is spent in "corner time". Frankly, I have never been asked if the experience could be "enhanced" further. I have, however, been asked if it could be alleviated.

As for the question regarding breat size humiliation, it just isn't my "bag". While I do love to "humble" a slave by placing her in situational bondage or paradoxically humbling circumstances, I have no desire to humiliate her for her body features. To my mind, breasts are an exquisitely beautiful part of the feminine anatomy that are an important part of the female psyche. In other words, I am a confirmed "hooter-hound" who is more inclined to admire large breats, even saggy ones, than to berate a slave who is fortunate enough to be so well endowed with them. Likewise, I am not one to berate a slave for her weight, though I do insist that if I believe it restricts her health, well-being or ability to function she will eat better and excercise more.

Ask your top to experiment with different types of switches. Bottom to a Juniper branch. The tiny, scratchy awls infuse Juniper oil (which is naturally antiseptic) lightly into the skin. The warm glow that follows can last a day or more.
