I have been wondering about my desire to serve a woman and I have to ask this mostly of those that are pagan.I have the desire to serve a woman,I am pagan,bordering on wiccan,am I confused,is my desire based on spirituality,women being the embodiment of the Goddess,or true desire.what do others here think

Pagan of many years here.  Without knowing you I have no way to decide why you want to serve a woman.  Personally I don't separate my spirituality from my life in general.  It is a part of everything I do or am.  So, I don't know why you are making this distinction between based on spirituality as opposed to "true" desire.  Plus, by true desire are you meaning sexual, need to serve, whatever.

I don't see why you would think one would preclude the other. Shouldn't the former only amplify the latter?

I agree with Misstoyou is there some wafting of different aroma in a pagan cunt and a christian one?  I sincerely doubt that ALL women have some chromosome in their body that says I am a pagan therefore you may worship me.

I suppose there is a wonderful enrapturement if you find that they hold the same foundations in the realm of religion that you do,  but barring their being louis farakhan I wouldnt pin the tail on the donkey as a tier one bonding.

I don't think thereis any need to be confused, nor feel compelled to choose one or the other.  Many pagans involved in the lifestyle harmonize their spiritual beliefs with their BDSM practices.

I've been pagan a dozen years and lifestyle three and a half.  I met Sir at a pagan gathering.  I have worshipped, and been an object of worship.  It is a deeply held value of mine to see God and Goddess in self and others.  My practices in the lifestyle are a way of making that real, and my spiritual beliefs are a way of infusing my BDSM with life and meaning.

i once went to a play party in San Francisco at the Citadel's old location. At midnight, there was a ritual that almost everyone participated in. It was awesome and so energizing. It was the perfect accompaniment to the sexual (and other) energy that had built up in the building.

   i tend to agree with the others who have posted here.  There is no need to differentiate one from the other.  In fact i believe they are bound together. All of us carry a spark of the God and the Goddess within and so all of us are sacred. Your desire is simply that, your desire, which is as honest as natural as it gets.  In bringing joy to both yourself and the Lady whom you serve you also serve the Lord and Lady, its that simple. Also since both of Y/you, i would assume, derive pleasure from your service to Her, then that joy pleasure you give freely to one another shall return to you both threefold:) Remember as well, that if subbing to your Lady includes sex, which is often the case, then that act is also a sacred one, bringing you as close to the God and Goddess as you can be:)

For me, spirituality and sexuality are intertwined.
Have you looked into tantric yoga?  Or chakra energies?

I believe that the near 'worship' of sexuality and sensuality that goes with bdsm at high level amost connects with the pagan and the wiccan worship of life and things natural, so the three cultures are never far apart.

Finding a Mistress with some connection at this level should not be difficult :)
