i don't know that much about trampling, so i am looking forward to learning more from this thread. it seems to me that it would be extremely dangerous...how do you handle the safety risks of having another's full body weight concentrated on one spot on the body, especially one as complex and, well, sensitive as one's face?

Status: offline 		The face has many delicate bones, as do the hands and feet. Some are easily broken or cracked. Also, slipping off the rounded surface of the face could be dangerous to the bottom if they were to land on the throat...and dangerous to the top by twisting or breaking an ankle. Given all that, I wouldn't recommend full weight on someone's face.

If you're going to simply use slight pressure (the top is sitting beside the bottom on the floor), I don't recommend heels. It's too easy to jab an eye. Bare feet or flat bottom shoes would be best in my mind.

Status: offline 		i'v had a woman 255lb[barefoot] stand and walk on my face, np. had women 130-170 walk on my face with shoes, heels yes but at least an inch wide, some scuff marks,bruised nosed ect. but allways ok

Sounds like a good way to need reconstructive surgery to me. Have you done it before?

Status: offline 		At 207 lbs, I doubt I could  delicately step on a face, much less run over it, without fatal damage.  Maybe I'm underestimating the strength of a skull?  Still, I don't think I'd be anywhere near enough in doubt to even consider it.  Perhaps I'd look into it more if the idea appealed to me more.

You said it's male slaves that tend to get it more often?  I could see that.  I could imagine a slender female stepping on the face of a male with a strong bone structure, gently enough, perhaps not causing real damage.  Not sure about that one, though.

You asked my thoughts, hon. I gave them. In the end, it's a RACK scenario, in my opinion. Since you've already done it, it seems that you find the risks acceptable.

Status: offline 		heh. I would make the sub take out his piercings before the session. I wouldn't do it with shoes on, and I would definately want a strong man/woman to assist me, even holding me up to a certain degree.  The skull is pretty strong,(the strongest area is the ribcage.) itself, it is where the cartelage ,(nose and ears.) that you have to be careful with, Oh be extremely careful of the eyes.

i understand what's being said about help being held up and holding onto things and such, and that definitely answers some safety risk concerns...but the op was talking about "full weight face trampling," which is what i find really interesting/odd/want to know more.

Status: offline 		anabelle, i have had my face walked on,stood on, with shoes[though it leaves scuff marks and sometimes bleeding lips]without shoes. no seriouse damage atall. as long as there isn't a lot of bouncing and jumping the human doormat's face should be ok. are you planing on taking the step?

Status: offline 		I have a lovely Australian guy that likes face trampling.
I always have bare feet and Im a light weight but I do put my full weight onto his cheekbones, the neck, over his eyes or mouth (great for breath play) and on his forehead.
When you trample you must always have someone to support your arms or better still, be in a trample cage. This is the only way you can gradually increase and decrease your weight when necessary and also stops you from slipping.
I love feeling a guy under my feet, especially his head lol
