Get some proper knickers/panties like women actually wear - not the lacy lingerie type.
Make sure theyre the right size - I'd say from your pic you'd be UK dress size 10 or 12 in that area, so US size 8 or 10.
Pull them up, push your package backwards and the knicks should keep it all in place pretty much out of the way.
