I hate to sound so noncommittal but it really is relative...women's vaginas are built differently so what works for one may not work for another. Personally, I favor a thick penis between 5-7 inches...in college I had sex with a guy whose penis was the size of my forearm...I was sore for 2 days and wouldn't have sex with him again.
