I don't think what you suffer from topping from the bottom..(putting on doctor's coat and grabbing spetulum... ;) )...I think what you are suffering from is an open form of communication on what your needs and desires are..and relating them to your dom... Seems in My humble opinion (imho) that a discussion over coffer or beverage of your choice or dinner about his needs and your needs might help define the needs of the couple as One...the dynamics can be clearly defined and each other can understand the ying/yang possibilities...he reacting to you reacting to hm reacting...ect... Topping from the bottom to Me would be a way of overtly manipulating to get what you want...such as doing something intentially to evoke a response...such as spanking There is no need for rewarding with spanking if that is what you want given topping from the bottom... I actually welcome topping fom the bottom as I am not intimdated r feel threatened..in fact I like to let out the rope then gently remind them with a simple tug.... Sometimes a note written on the bathroom irror in soap like " i need a spanking".."wouldn't anal be nice after a whipping?"...ect... Communication has no fault unless it is not used.....

I have never understood this term..session...my sister slave thinks along these lines too..I guess I have to be "in sessiion" all the time to be happy.... [8D] pamela

I love to try and top from the bottom...it tests my boundaries....it lets me know what I can and cannot get away with......I am in a new (M/s)relationship so I dont really know what I can and cannot get away with...the worse one is the whip....I NEED it allot...its a confrmation for me..that I am his....as well as an emotional stability for me (when I am getting all confused or overwhelmed emotionally).....my sister slave is the opposite she doesnt require alot of attention this way.....it took my Master a long time to understand the differnce between my NEEDs and my wants...I want sex [:D] all the time but I dont need it... Just ask him to tlak about your NEEDs verses wants...it helps... pamlea

Asking for something and describing what you like, isn't necessarily 'topping form the bottom'. It's when you start demanding or refuse to take 'No' for an answer that you are crossing a line. It's important when you are first starting out to convey what works for you or doesn't. The Dom doesn't necessarily have to capitulate to any of it but if He doesn't know you so well, how is ever going to gain ultimate control of you?

Asking nicely is tolerable. Nagging and playing games is annoying,merely learn to distinquish one from the other.
