Just like anything else pertaining to a physical condition or limitation I take it on an individual basis.

sissy, having a heart condition, LS arthritis as well as serious bouts of depression.... I will admit NONE of my medical conditions are disfiguring. I'd like to know what a Domme REALLY would do vs what she would say she would do?
I guess something like a urostomy or a colostomy would be something NOT entirely an obstacle but HSV is an overcomeable obstacle .... so maybe a urostomy would be too.

Yes, I do know.....I am also a nurse. And I have had a vanilla lover in the past who had a colostomy so I know it is possible to be sexually active with any type of stoma. Like I said I take everything on an individual basis. To me a power dynamic is not dependent on physical attributes or physical differences.

Ah,,ok. Thanks Chastity.

So..how would I feel about a sub with a peebag or a peetube? Indifferent I guess. I mean, they are still people..just with a addition to their bodies. As long as the sub can perform his/her duties without dangering themself by either yanking their bag, clogging the tube or whatever...things would be the same as one without the addition. Those are a fact of life and noone should feel they need to be any different about it.

I agree. I would assume there would be certain accommodations to be made, especially if it became a 24/7. During the time I normally take to get to know a potential sub, I would have gathered enough information about what limitations the urostomy would place on bdsm play. I googled a bit and one site said that only heavy lifting and rough contact sports would be no-no's. (That just brought up the question of what constitutes rough contact!)

Short answer: It wouldn't be a dealbreaker if a submissive told me that he had a urostomy. I would, however, ask him to explain more about his current physical condition and any limitations or considerations.
