Is there a reason I should care?
I am serious...I do want to  know if there is a reason I should care about this?
Anyone?

I guess its hows the Republican hypocaracy..beingall  Christian and righteous and all.  don't worry..I feel there will be an even number from both sides of the aisle that frequented her.

Heh.... There is no hypocrisy. They were never Christian to begin with....they threw the ''god bless'' crowd an old dried up steak bone - And said ''go fetch''.

Infuse a two-buck politician with divinity.....and they'll bite the rotten apple every time - Run with the dogs get bitten by the fleas.

The correct usage is "Democratic."  Don't take your grammar from an alcoholic coke user.

Would a Clinton appointee ever take the position of "Abstinence Only"?

Donations made to political parties....but I am sure he values the Democrats as much as the Republicans.

However this is nothing new...Peopel have been using money and power to get all sort of nice political appointments...I'm sure the Democrats have been just as guilty.

The part of this that makes me want to go pray to the porcelain god is the idea that anybody in that administration is actually having sex.

Even further, that there exists a person whose standards are so low they would have sex with those cretins.

Who cares really. If someone gets their rocks off paying someone for sexual favors in their own time more power to them. I think we need to stay out politicians sex lifes. I thought it was ridiculous when it happened to Clinton, I think it is ridiculous now. I'm not fond of the Clintons but I didn't think his infidality had anything to do with his qualification to do his job, I'm not fond of the bush's and I feel the same way. To me those are personal problems. And we as a society feed of them like scavangers, because we love a good scandle. And opposing parties love to use stuff like this to deface the opposing parties. Personally I'm tired of the personal BS and personal attacks. I guess the 2006 elections pissed me off. I'm tired of the mud slinging I heard so much of he did this and she did that we lost site of what was really important their platforms!!

When the guy advocated abstinence rather than 'safe sex', and in his capacity as Director of Foreign Assistance, Tobias encouraged sexual abstinence, and discounted the use of condoms, in preventing HIV/AIDS. (footnote 1) then we DESERVE to know if he practices what he preached to everyone else.

1) "Statistics show that condoms really have not been very effective," Tobias told a news conference in Berlin on April 21, 2004

I hope the Girls gave them a good ride!

popeye,

I've got no problem with him dipping his wick, as long as it was wrapped for everyone's protection.

IF that was the case, he's just another Damned Hypocrite.

And it's not like DC ain't infested w/ them worse than cockroaches.

But it's always cool to watch a fundie bible thumper brought low by his weak, weak moral constitution....

Remember back in 88? "I have sinned against you. I have brought shame and embarrassment to you. I beg your forgiveness."

And hows about Tammy Faye Baker with the mascara running down to her knees? lol
And it turned out that her husband another "The Reverand" liked a little moisture missle on the side!

Well I can see how one can argue such points, however I don't see people on here castrating algore  for an inconvenient truth. He owns four mansions in which comsume four times more energy the national average, owns countless cars, and travels in a private jet. Obviously people don't geniully care about people being hypocrites otherwise he wouldn't be nominated for a nobel peace prize. Everyone is a hypocrite in some sence.

What makes you say that?  This is not about Democrats or Republicans.
It's about public officials caught with their pants down, literally.

Because, Vendeval, this where the discussion immediately went.
And I have to wonder why these stories get so much discussion, and are pulled into message boards and forums like this one, but everyone slides right by the general news reports of all the private jets (al a Al Gore and Nacy Pelosi, as well as Arnie, the Governator) being flown all over hell and back.
You are right. It should be about public officials and the standards to which they should be held.   But, as evidenced by the immediate reaction to the article, it seldom is.  Everything is politicized.

Hypocrisy is hypocrisy.  It's just more fun to gloat when you are the witch hunter, rather than the hunted witch.

Bold emphasis Mine.  A general question for all...Is the practice what you preach rule applicable to all, regardless of political agenda? Or does the side in favor get a pass?

How many more scandals are going to come out of the DC Madame's Black Book?

Thanks (for the welcome). You'll want to stay tuned to this if you're wondering that. Here in the DC area all sorts of rumors are swirling about who's on that list. I'm not normally interested in tabloid news, but I did notice this below yesterday. More apropos to collarme, I read somewhere that many of the "visits" may have been of a "non-sexual erotic nature". I can think of only a few things that might be. Please, please let it be Paul Wolfowitz crawling around naked licking some college girl's boots...

http://thinkprogress.org/2007/04/28/ross-white-house-madam

“There are thousands of names, tens of thousands of phone numbers,” Ross said. “And there are people there at the Pentagon, lobbyists, others at the White House, prominent lawyers — a long, long list.” Ross added that the women who worked for the service, potentially as prostitutes, “include university professors, legal secretaries, scientists, military officers.”

Doubtful, given that the studies show that it doesn't work, and that administration was a reality-based (rather than faith-based) one.

I'm a BIG FAN of Transparency and Disclosure, I figure anything we pay for is fair game.

If you don't want your life scrutinized, don't suck at the Public Teat, go get a real job.

I dunno. You just did. And although I'm not going to take time to do a search of the boards, I'm sure it was fully addressed here.

Yes, Gore gets bashed for his luxuries and both Clintons for their personality traits on this forum, on a regular basis.
Just do a search for their names.
