There was this woman who would hand make custom puppy paws and knee pads, ears, etc. I can't find it now. If anyone can point me to a site that specializes in puppy stuff (non-leather), I would appreciate it.

There are a whole bunch of fursuit makers out there...you could just google "fursuiting" or "fursuit makers". Many of them will make you just the paws, ears, tails while others do a full body suit.
