I am new here. I just got several messages from a Dom here that called me names because I don't have anything written in my profile and because I haven't posted a pic.. The truth of the matter is that I don't know what to write in it yet and I don't have what I consider a stellar pic to post. Most of the boards I belong to no one puts anything into the profiles except maybe age and sex. If someone wants to see what you look like, they politely write and ask for a pic. As a newbie anywhere, I have never been treated like that before. Is this something that is usual here? If you don't post something in your profile, people are free to blast you?

I'm not sure if it's the norm but to my mind he is an insentive clod ... besides it's none of his business what you do or don't have posted. Being a Dom why does he care?

welcome to the feeding frenzy otherwise known as " a new profile"

CM has a feature that allows members to see a list of the newest profiles

Don't be alarmed, you are going to receive a huge amoutn of mail, especially if you add a pic or additional info to your profile

Just disregard the BS emails that you will receive from the neighborhood bottom feeders that sniff out the fresh meat. This one was an obvious ass & there will be others that come across as sooooooooo kind & caring, until you reject their advances & they lash out vindictively

Anyone is free to blast anyone over anything in personal email.

You should feel free to ignore them, or if they are especially offensive and repetitive, report it to a moderator and/or block them.

Is it really that hard? 

I'm sorry you actually expected people online to NOT act like people online, but they will.
