For me, if someone has a name like SirSomething or MasterSomething, or GoddessSomething, etc. I will usually refer to them that way or a shortened version of it such as dropping the Master part. However, to me it's simply a name, usually for scene purposes or chat purposes. I don't give it a lot of thought. I don't think because I say, Hey Master so and so how are you today that he will get delusions that he is MY master. If he does, that's really his issue, not mine. I don't think a name or even title makes me think any more or less of the person. Their actions, however, do.
