If you mean for professionals...yes...there is the one mentioned about and also dickie virgin's.....www.dickievirgin.com

You can also type in Mistress or dominatrix and your local city or state and see what personal web pages come up. Good luck.

Or you can search the profiles. A quick search for dommes living in Savannah, GA shows three who are in their 20s.
