No I havent, but the design sounds like a basic lever. You need a hinged anchor point, and a hook for the last hole on the strap, mounted x of the way down the lever arm. From memory, torque and distance are a proportion of the length So if the hook is 9/10 of the way down from the hand doing the pulling, then the distance the hook moves is a tenth that of the hand, and the applied torque is multiplied by 10. So drill a hole larger than the lever's diameter, in something immovable, down from the strap Insert your lever (stick, pipe..) Hook the strap. Tie the hook however far down the lever your want. (Too low and the hook will barely move any distance. Too high and the force you apply to the top of the lever, won't be magnified enough.) Pull on the lever
