Do any of you have thoughts on S&M play ( as in flogging, bondage, spankings, wax play etc. etc.) with a submissive who is pregnant? What would you consider safe or unsafe. I am as always submissive to Him and will always follow what He says but I am also a bit of a pain slut sexually. During both other pregnancies we have halted all "kink" from our sex life until after the births. This time however He is a bit more willing to entertain notiions of safer sexual kinks and I would love to be able to show him the opinions of others. Thank You and Blessings.

I would just be extra careful about circulation and where you are hitting. It also depends on whether or not you have any medical conditions that may affect which types of play are more risky than others. However, I do not think being pregnant should mean all kink comes to a halt. You just may need to take a few more precautions and be a little more careful. When in doubt, ask your doctor what is and is not ok. That may be uncomfortable for you but if you have a physician hotline in your area, you may be able to call there for anonymous advise.

I wouldn't do any heavy-duty vaginal inserting or anything that would cause you to fall on your belly, but the baby is in a nice thick sac of protective fluid and is not likely to be harmed by any "regular" play. And for your own health, you might think twice before being tied off the ground or hung upside down.

I would think it wise to check with a medical professional as well. Although you'd be surprised at the amount of physical activity thats perfectly safe during pregnancy. In junior highschool my gym teacher was pregnant....and she was very very active....even demonstrated a slow forward roll to the class. Since you've already had children, you know that pregnancy is a physical state of being...and not an infirmity...(high risk situations are a different story all together of course) Good luck....and have fun...

Thank you to everyone who has replied, due to some computer problems this is the first chance I have had to get on and read them. I would normally ask my Dr. but lol, this is a new Dr. and I'm pretty sure she already thinks I'm a bit weird. Blessings everyone!
