I forget the medical terminology, but you can have the labia sewn closed. This is a reversible surgical procedure. However, it's not very recommended and it will be difficult to find a physician that will do it.

try www.tollyboy.com ( it may only have one 'l'). They are steel, lockable and they make them to order

I believe that chastitybelt's are an easy way out to not
