You pee through a slit in the front, and for that time of the month, that is there too, but it is pads no doubt. Don't think males have it good, there's a tube for our member, and it can get cramped. Tollyboy, Neosteel, Lockedinsteel and La centure de chastete are all high quality CBs, custom made and can be worn 24/7. They should be removed weekly for cleaning, but you can get around that actually with the proper bathroom accesories. IIRC the Lockedinsteel belt doesn't have a slit, rather a plate with holes. It is touted as a feature, and I think it may well be. With most conventional designs a secondary shield is required because part of you is sticking out of the primary slit. This can be exceedingly uncomfortable from what I hear. With any of these CBs custom fitting or precise measurements are required. One size not only does not fit all, you're lucky if one size fits one. It is estimated that almost ½ of the high grade florentine style CBs sold have to go back at least once for adjustment. If adjustment is provided it is minimal, by necessecity. Making an effective and comfortable CB is no easy task. Ratios between shield length, chain length all that have to be considered. A tighter waistband will tend to ride higher, tightening everything else up. Looser, the opposite happens. Your hygene problems are not the only worry once you are locked up long term. It is a concern, but you have like this cuff around your waist all the time, and if it is just a bit too tight can cause back problems, or at least a form of discomfort you do not want. To clarify that : if you wear a CB, you want to be unable to touch yourself or for anyone else to, and you can't have sex of course. You do not want an aching back, sore spots, anything of the sort. When you beg your keyholder to release you it should be due to frustration, SEXUAL frustration. Hygene and comfort should be very high priorities, with security coming in second. If fitted properly and designed to allow the best hygene under the circumstances, you should be able to wear it forever. But the lack of fun is the fun. Even with guys, some wear for an unbelievably long time. And they stay relatively healthy, but a guy needs what's called milkings. Gals do not need that. Menstruation is a big problem for Women wearing CBs, but plenty of them deal with it constantly. Depending on the will of their Master or Mistress they might not get out during these times, or may be summarily released. But when you wear a CB and do not have the key, that is power exchange, that is submission. And 24/7 you walk through a grocery store, a gas station or a bar, YOU know you are wearing it. It is a constant reminder. After a week or two you might temporarily forget you are wearing it, but you are soon reminded when you move or walk or whatever. I used to call myself a switch, but I have to refine that. I am a dominant who likes to bottom. Wearing a chastity device is the one main way that I want to bottom. It is a sign of, and ensures monogamy. And if I paddle her ass too hard she might forget where the keys are :-) It is the tease, the frustration. It is for those who have found that sometimes wanting is better than having. Those who know that when you can't have something for a time, even an extended time (it'll seem so), when you do get it it is so sweet, a grand experience. But back to the original question, modern CBs usually can be worn indefinitely. It may not be the healthiest, easiest situation in the world, but it can be done, and is done. For either gender. I have worn a CB3000 for nine weeks with no release for any reason. I dealt with it. Well a Woman must deal with a different set of problems, but at least a Woman will not have a problem taking a pee in the morning, a Man might. I have heard of cases that were not pleasant at all. I am cognizant of the problems Women have wearing a CB, including those minor UTIs, which I will term urinary tract irritation. It happens, based on diet etc, it is not always an infection. You Women think it is hell now, try it in a CB. However, Men do not get this problem as much because of how we are built. Well a male CB takes that away, in other words we cannot squeeze and shake it. I have experienced that, as such I must empathize with Women with UTI or UT small I. It sucks. And it happened at work, that really sucked. It felt like someone showed a needle up my, oh forget it, either you know or you don't. I'm glad I was wearing dark pants. If not for the CB, I would've been able to squeeze and shake it off. I think. Basically if you want to give control of your sex to someone else it is highly possible, even if they fly out of town on business for months on end. Or whatever. But release is really nice. For either sex. Don't throw the key away. T
