There is such a thing as a chastity piercing for women which consists of 2 or more CBRs (Captive Bead Rings) through the outer or inner labia which in turn can be locked or chained together forming a rather effective chasity situation. My wife rosie has 20 such CBRs in her outer labia this can be referred to as a chastity corset.
As pointed out by sting 516 a guiche (not to be confused with quiche a cheese pie) is a piercing of the area between the scrotum and rectum or vagina and rectum the area some refer to as the "taint".
Prince Albert is pierced from below the penis just behind the glans, out through the urethra and usually has a CBR, although some with this piercing prefer a horseshoe style.
Ampallang is pierced horizontally through the glans either through the urethra or sometimes above through just the "meet(SIC)" meat of the glans.
Apadravya is like above but vertically through the glans and urethra. This piercing can also be converted into a Reverse PA/PA by using two pieces of jewelry.
Both Ampallang and Apadravya normally would use a barbell. These also can be done on the shaft of the penis in which case they would be shaft AMP or shaft APA.
Dydoes are piercings through the corona of the glans usually with barbells or curved barbells.
Frenum technically is the piercing of the flap of skin directly behind and underneath the glans where the foreskin was/is attached. Not common with men who are not circumsized. This has come to refer to any piercing on the underside of the penile shaft, as in a frenum ladder, multiple piercings in this area. Can use CBRs, curved horseshoes or barbells.
Lorum or Low Frenum is a single piercing at the base of the penis shaft just where the penis and the scrotum meet.
Scrotal piercings any number of them anywhere on the scrotum. The Hafada being the most noted and being piercings on the upper side of the scrotum.
There are also chastity tubes for men designed to be connected by one or more of the above to prevent erection.
Connecting a PA to a scrotal piercing or guiche could be a very effective way to create a "chastity" piercing for a male.
Then there is the Princes Wand. A hollow tube which can be inserted into the urethra like a urethral sound. Most often it is drilled and threaded to be held in place with a PA, Ampallang, Apadravya or for the most fearsome all the above. The tube most often will have a large hollow bead on the end to keep it from going too far into the urethra. The hollow allows for urination while the device is in place.
Everything you never wanted to know about genital piercings. This is just a sampling as there are many more genital piercings both for men and women.
For the record in case anyone really wants to know. I have a PA with a 0 gauge 1"diameter CBR with a 00 gauge bead. A four step frenum ladder with 10 gauge CBBs(curved barbells) and 2 Dydoes at 10 0'clock and 2 0'clock with 10 gauge CBBs.
rosie also has a Christina which is pierced where the outer labia meet at he top of the vagina. It starts inside the labia just above the clitoris and exits through the mons pubis. This has a 10 Gauge CBB.
Thats just the Metal In Our Pants, we also have numerous other piercings and do a lot of play piercings.
