I just got my new Van. A white Dodge Grand Caravan handicap conversion I decided to make my life a bit easier. Everything is run by remote. It's rather Star Treckkish. I have a ramp built into the floor that deploys out after the side door slides back so I just drive up into it instead of having to stand in the heat and crank up my power chair by a Bruno lift into my old pickup :) (You have to own at least one pick up and a minimum of 2 dogs to be a twue Arizonan) I've been adding some more toys: A remote start so I can start my van ahead of time to get it cool by the time I'm ready to use it, a Garmin navigation system (like in the recent Avis commercial. Now I know why the guy "loves her") and lastly, hand controls which are a real trip to get used to. I figure if I have Dodge emblazoned on my van and people don't heed the warning..it's their fault if I hit 'em. LOL
I drive better than I used to. I used to have a Dodge RAM. I no longer Ram.
I'm planning on getting personalized plates for it. Does anyone in Arizona know if WC plates can have 7 letters or just 5?
