I don't care about the banner. I have dealt with XR, so far so good except for one time. The restraints broke. Well they have no way of knowing how strong someone is. So I bought the better ones. It is probably good they have a banner here, where it might matter. Because of the subject matter, of course it doesn't belong on myspace or youtube. But here ? And speaking of size, I still run in 800X600, so it is kinda large. A different screen resolution would clear alot of things up for alot of websites. You look at alot of blogs and there are ads every five posts or something. As much as I might not really like that, I think it is better this than for CM to become a pay site. If I am not mistaken, CM absolutely requires membership, not like LMU for example. I am not even sure of one can read the posts without a membership anymore, but I think you can. Just can't post. On LMU you can post anonymously, but the posts are moderated. They don't go through right away. The other direction to go would be Usenet, and it is geting very old. Links need proper syntax, and different readers work with varying success. So, whatever. This site runs in the browser, connects transparently, and is computer specific when it does so. I have no problem with it. As long as they don't start the popups :-) T
