Thought I'd throw in my two-penneth. I previously owned a CB2000 - pull out was possible - but also cage fell apart. Recently however whilst serving a Mistress - I was put into a CB3000. It's definitely a case of the correct size ring - the hinged version for the CB3000 makes this a lot easier. The larger points of intrigue was used - as without I really feel 'pull-out' would have been possible. OK I was only in device for 3 days - but during that time I was not able to pull out or masturbate.
The effect of the 'Points of Intrigue is awsome. Any erotic thoughts sets off an erection - & then pain kicks in. One soon switches thoughts to non-sexual /submissive ones, in order to reverse erection. Once removed I only had slight marks at the base of my cock.
I also agree with previous posts in reference to Infibulation. I.E. connecting piercing glans via ring/chain to guiche piercing. From all I've read a PA would be more suitable piercing tahn a Frenum piercing. Once fully healed PA closure ring could be replaced with a special stainless-steel padlock. For guiche piercing a stirrup type ring could be used - sealed closed using either Super-glue or this & soldered. Padlock could then either be connected directly or via a short piece of chain.
For myself, I had a PA piercing (a very deep one) many years ago - but didn't persevere with healing process.. A 2nd PA failed as it migrated - enlarging urethra opening & only now has a tiny amount of skin between both piercing holes.
