I've met a man who wanted a smaller penis. Probably for different reasons than you'd think.
First, let me say, he was large...he could literally give himself head (what a sight that was!). The problem with his size was its functionality. He could get the upper portion hard, but the base remained soft, so it was difficult to actually penetrate. He hated it. He thought if he were smaller he might have a better chance of being hard everywhere, and penetration wouldn't seem so unattainable. I didnt mind so much, there were other ways to enjoy one another.
Yep, there are guys who indeed wish they were smaller.
Edited to add: Although, it's rare to hear these men admit it. [:D]
