What's wrong?" = I don't see why you are making such a big deal out of this.
"What's wrong?" = What meaningless self-inflicted psychological trauma are you going through now?
"What's wrong?" = I guess sex tonight is out of the question.

It depends on the man, as well as the woman. 
 
Men can't read minds, and if a woman says "Nothing" as a reply after we ask what is wrong, how are we supposed to know if it IS a big deal to you? 
 
Does the reply mean:
 
"Nothing" = "Nothing"  (what we hear)
 
"Nothing" = I don't know how to explain it, but you are supposed to know what I mean by my pouty little fit and fix it. (most likely the real meaning 60% of the time)
 
"Nothing" = if you don't know then I am not going to tell you, you big jerk. (most likely the real meaning 40% of the time)

You are correct.  In relationships where the man and woman have not discussed their wants, needs and position in the relationship you let stuff like this happen. 
 
No wonder so many people are unhappy and "Nothing" can mean something other than "Nothing".

Agreed, usually I hear things like "Women saying the words 'I'M FINE!' does not quite mean what it sounds, believe it or not" and think to myself, "Ha ha ha, sooo true."

I've never come across things like that and someone going, "Well, 60% of the time, it could mean this, 40% of the time, it could mean that, 0% of the time it is what she said, and while in the perfect relationship they'd just tell the truth and you'd still get your sex, not all relationships are perfect, and the world is not perfect."

It's humor, pure and simple.  Leave it at that lol

What I can't understand is....why did you waste such valuable bandwidth discussing anything other than sex anyway?

Status: offline 		When I have headaches or don't feel good sex does absolutely nothing for me, and my partner  would not enjoy sex knowing I was wishing it was over so I could be left alone. Which i would be wishing.

Means that you are going to have 12 drunks sleeping it off in your basement tonight. After all the bigscreen is down there right ?

Man: When you get back you wanna be my partner in a pool game ?

Means all but two people are passed out. And they want a case of beer each.

Man: I am going out to the garage.

It means he is going to smoke a joint. I don't care if he's a fucking judge.

Man: Where are the kids ?

That means he wants to functionally test the design limits of the sound system, in other words, crank up some tunes. Tell you what, if you got a real Man, best thing to do is let the kids outside and make a request, something he WILL play. When you can't get the kids to go outside it is time to dial 911.

Man: (some) What do you want to do Sunday ?

That's a bad one. That means I already planned a 28 person BBQ and party. It shouldn't put you out, you gotta stick around for this.

All you have to do is make the salad, the cucmber salad, the fried asparagus and the parsely potatoes. Oh, and stop at the liquor store.

All fine and good right ? NOW my little chickadees it is time to amend, or perhaps, heaven forbid, I start a thread on what Women say.Yes, that sounds quite interesting indeed.

Muahahahaha.
