Unfortunately I have not had the opportunity to find out, but I think I would prefer the tomboy type sub. I tend to be very rough and most of the femme subs I've spoken to were not really into pain and the like. Though I am sure there are some out there.

I prefer tomboys. Pretty ones, who can dress up and play the femme part if we chose to, but who are not afraid to get a little dirty if we go out either.

i am very much in the middle.  i love dresses and pretty panties, and makeup and being girly...but i love getting dirty, playing rough, and playing sports.
i can go either way, depending upon a Mistresses preferences :)

I like preppy sorority types; with a little bit of the tomboy throw in for good measure. But as always it really depends on the person.

I am madly in love with a geeky/ gothy / androgenous girl. I like her best in geek chic, tho goth garb would go over pretty well in this camp. I am a sucker for dark hair and eyeliner.

I prefer one who carries both aspects. I tend to get rough, so being a tomboy would help in deling with the pain issues and hard work I tend to put one through. Being fem would be good cause when I take a girl out on the town, I want her to look good and present herself in a manner fitting her being female

Oh my...I am most picky about female subs.  I want them cute not slutty. Femine not silly.  Hot not horny. Average sized (or bigger) not scrawny. I want them comfortable in sweats and Ts around the house, jeans and a blouse out for the day and in a hot little skirt and thigh high boots for the night!

Not had a lot of experience with fem subs, but as I mostly work with boys, I would want a girl who looks like a girl! Those I have played with were definitely all woman! Gotta have some nice boobs to work with, don't want slim and definitely not scrawny. A bit of meat on her bones! Something to grab hold of, and slap! And prefer her dressed (when she is!) in a skirt and loose top with a bra (to support those boobs) but no panties.

Its been a few years since I played with female subs.  I have to say that I dont like butch ones at all lol or boi types.  I definatly prefer the sophisticated look and I'm with MaamJay on Hot not Horny and nothing too scrawny.  Nice boobs and a nice ass are defiantly the way forward [:D]

I am generally attracted to girly girls,  but there are some seriously sexy tomboys out there.  I will go with the general consensus and say I want a girl who can do both.

I used to distinctly prefer femmes. Lately I've been nursing crushes on a butch woman (and a transman too, for that matter), although my attraction to the cleavage-busting, lip-gloss smearing expression of femininity has not faded, so I think my preference has simply broadened. I think different women are more attractive with different expressions of womanhood.

Dress? Hm...again, on a smaller scale, different women require different clothing looks just as they require different gender expressions. Wrap dresses are good on most people, and fit the minimalist, tailored, tidy look I like. The new skinny jeans are a favorite look on women who have the appropriate proportions. Clothing that is fitted to the body, and that reveals choice attributes, is most attractive to me--subtly sexy, to use a fashion-mag term. I dislike sloppiness and sluttiness in dress.
