I'm posting this here because, at this point, I don't know what else to do, and I wanted to ask to see if anyone (Dom/me, sub or otherwise) has had the same experience.

For the past couple of months, I have not been able to send any e-mail on this site. Or, more specifically, my e-mails are sent, but never received by their recipients. Ironically, this even applies to the option to send e-mail to Support, so once I became aware of this problem, I asked a friend of mine who is also a user on this site to send a message to support fon my behalf from her computer/account, which she did. After the initial generic response from support, however, I haven't received a reply since, and my problem remains. I should note that I am still able to receive e-mail, but anything I send just doesn't get delivered.

I've tried a second username, I've tried different computers from different locations, and even different browsers, all with the same results. It's really quite frustrating, because there's a lot of people I would like to contact on this site who do not use the forums or accept chat invitations, so without the ability to send an actual e-mail, I'm pretty much cut off from them.

Has anyone else had this experience? If so, does anyone know how it can be fixed? Thanks!

Did you try sending an email to your friend, or someone you KNEW was looking for an email from you?

Just a thought.

Not all people open their email, or it goes to their 'bulk' folder. I doubt this is true of support, but to other users it could be the case.

If you really wish, you can try sending me an email. I have no 'controls' set, so I would get it. Don't need it, but I would get it and respond back saying I did.

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for your reply. I did try contacting friends of mine who I can already speak to off-site, and the reply in all cases was that they never received what I sent. Amazingly, I've noticed that those e-mails still appear as "read" in my sent items page, usually almost immediately upon being sent, so it seems that there must be some big bug in the system, unless my e-mails are just going somewhere else!

I did just try sending you an e-mail, just with the word "test" in it. I really do appreciate your help. Thanks!
