getting back to the original bone of contention for JUST a moment... It is a truly disturbed, irresponsible, unstable person that, for even a moment, would consider sunstrapping a clever thing to do - fantasy or otherwise. Well, ok, about the punishment. I've dated two women who are former pro dommes. One is my best friend still. My role with both was that I was the Top. They go to closer to the edge than many. I've done stomach punching. I know how to use a baseball bat -- things like that, which freak out some people who consider themselves experienced. The difference between that and sunburn is that sunburn affects the entire system. If I hit someone in a local place, it causes a localized bruise. Even that has the potential to cause systemic problems, like blood clots. You know what those Viagra commercials say: if you're not healthy enough for sexual activity, don't do the activity. I wouldn't do deep impact on someone who wasn't in good physical shape. But you're guaran-damn-teed to WEAKEN THE ENTIRE BODY from "sunburn punishment," in a way that is permanent and irreparable. It is irresponsible and foolish.

Oh, my, I need to update the sticky note that contains my list of hard limits. jots down toe funk and flaying I had a sunburn once, on my back, long ago when I was a wee lass. It hurt like hell, I felt bad all over, it was a mess. Hasn't happened since. I couldn't imagine getting slices of my sunburned flesh flayed off in punishment.

This thread is nothing but a reminder to me that there are some really twisted people alive and walking amoung us. My personal view and opinion (which may conflict with others), this is twisted punishment gone bad and it was abusive. Sure he was fucking humbled to all hell and back again. Then again, people that get abused get broken down. So in terms of him being humbled by the experience, I can totally see why he said that. Some Dom/mes are into breaking and tearing somebody down inorder to control them. How to say, the submissive is literally broken to a point that it's questionable if their submission is of their own free will. I think the blackmailing spin on the thread backs up this some as well. In terms of having a sub/slave lick their parents feet.. Ummmmmmmmmm alighty now.. it's a family affair thing. Totally not my cup of coffee or tea. In terms of giving somebody 100 lashes on the back after a being sunburned, I honestly have never practiced such a thing, and I find it questionable in regards to how safe it is. It's a little hard to say one way or another, because nobody here knows the level of force applied in the lashings. I can imagine this very painful, however reaching a point where the slave went off into sub-space and not feeling much of anything at some point in time. The whole mental and physical processes the body does to cope with severe pain. So perhaps he only felt the first 30 lashes, spaced out and the remaining 60 were kind of pointless. This has got to hurt like hell for days afterwards. Now that's where the real pain comes into play. Abusive is how I view this, right along with blackmail. Then again, some people get off and enjoy being abused to these extremes as well. However, to use blackmail to keep somebody in a relationship where they have no choice but to put up with this level of punishment, abusive it is in my book. So there, these are my thoughts and my own personal views on the matter.

Other than that.... I almost wish that I could "out" the person who did this. But it would just cause unnecessary drama and heartache for the slave, I am sure. (Assuming this is all real, if not, the person I "talked" to would be outed as someone who says these kinds of things about themselves and at least pretends to be proud of such horrible things)
