Pistachio Pudding Dessert
(also very good made with chocolate pudding and walnuts or almonds instead)

1st Layer:
1 cup flour
1 stick butter melted
1/2 cup chopped pistachios
Mix. Pat into bottom of 13x9 pan. Bake 15 mins. at 350. Cool completely.

2nd Layer:
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip
Mix. Spread on first layer.

3rd layer:
3 small pkgs instant pistachio pudding
4 cups milk
Mix on high 2 minutes. Pour over 2nd Layer and refrigerate til set.

4th layer:
Spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios.

Taffy Apple Pizza

1 20 oz pkg Sugar cookie dough
3 Tablespoons flour
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 med Granny Smith apples peeled and thinly sliced
1 cup lemon lime soda
cinnamon
1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
1/2 cup chopped peanuts

Remove 1/2 cup cookie dough. Add flour to remaining dough and kneed.
Press into a 14 inch circle on pizza pan. Bake 15 to 20 mins at 375. Cool 10 mins. Remove from pan and cool completely.

Blend cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla til smooth. Spread on cooled cookie. Dip apple slices in soda, shake off excess and arrange on top of cream cheese layer. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Heat caramel topping and drizzle over apple layer. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate. (Best if made 1 day in advance)

Cheddar Garlic Biscuits (Like Red Lobster's)

3 1/2 cup Bisquick Baking mix
2 cups shredded cheddar
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup milk
1 stick melted butter
1 tsp powdered garlic

In large bowl mix first 4 ingredients til just moist. Drop by rounded Tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 mins at 450 or until golden brown.

Mix melted butter and garlic. Brush with pastry brush over red hot biscuits. Serve immediately.

Kolacky

1 lb butter
4 egg yolks
4 Cups flour

Combine and let rise: 1/2 cup warm water
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 pkgs dry yeast

Blend butter and flour with pastry cutter. Add yolks and mix well. Rool dough into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Chill well.

Filling:
2 cups ground walnuts
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 stiffly beaten egg whites
3 Tablespoons melted butter
1 tsp vanilla

Roll out dough balls on powdered sugar. Put filling along one edge and roll up loosely. Bake 12 to 17 minutes at 350. Dust with powdered sugar when cool.

Turkey Salad with Sun-dried Cherries:

2 cups left over cubed turkey(or chicken)
1/4 cup diced celery
1/2 cup chopped sun-dried cherries
1/8 cup finely chopped green onion
1/4 to 1/2 cup finely crumbled cooked bacon
1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
2 to 4 oz finely diced sharp cheddar cheese
Miracle Whip, salt and pepper to taste.

Refrigerate overnight. Serve on a bed of lettuce or as sandwiches on your favorite bread.

Where are all the breakfast meals? lol

Try this:

Next time your making french toast, instead of using milk when beating the eggs, substitute store bought eggnog for the mix.

Dip the bread in and fry. Viola! Short, simple, and ooooh So good!@

What do you mean?....Cookies and desserts aren't breakfast food??????? lol Hey if there are people that call cold pizza a good breakfast....I can certainly eat cookies with my coffee.....no???????
