Status: offline 		Washington (CNN)President-elect Donald Trump unveiled plans Monday for his first 100 days in office, including proposals related to immigration, trade deals and defense policy, using a video published online to briefly outline his proposals.

Trump promised to withdraw from negotiations on the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal, cancel environmental restrictions put in place by President Barack Obama, ask his national security team to buttress against infrastructure attacks, have the Labor Department investigate federal worker visas and impose broad new bans on lobbying by government employees.

The six items Trump detailed Monday are all somewhat easy lifts inside Washington -- because they can be done with a simple signature by Trump and do not require congressional approval.

But Trump also left out his biggest campaign promises -- including promises to build a wall along the Mexican border, establish a "deportation force," place new restrictions on immigration from some majority Muslim countries, repeal Obamacare and spend $1 trillion on infrastructure.

Although I remain clueless as to why relaxing rules on shale gas and clean coal will create millions of high paid jobs...the mans a clueless entity...wouldnt that create a further energy surplus and threaten jobs?...fuk the water table, climate and all that anyhoos

Good News – Congress Vows to Continue Hillary Clinton Investigations


Hillary Clinton may have lost the 2016 election, but she will still face investigations into her use of a private email server and an alleged “pay-to-play” scam at the Clinton Foundation, according to Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-UT).

“This is the largest breach of security, perhaps, in the history of the State Department,” Chaffetz said of Clinton’s alleged mishandling of state secrets.

He added that the committee is still looking into dozens of people in Clinton’s inner circle.

“We have perjury issues that we still want the Department of Justice to look at,” he explained.

He noted that the questions about a pay-to-play scandal involving the Clinton Foundation and Clinton’s State Department is a completely separate – and also ongoing – investigation.

Im so sorry that you dont seem to realise the difference, between Trumps "special prosecutor" claim ,and what the DOJ is doing, or not doing.
Please stop, then read and comprehend, I never stated there would be no more investigations.
Congress is NOT trump, Chaffetz is not Trump, and neither the DOJ or the FBI, (or the CIA) have stated anything about trumps "claims"

According to Fox's "the Five" this afternoon, that was a good thing because it eliminated all those pesky reporters asking their "biased" questions, such as, "How exactly are you going to pay for all these things, sir?"

Also no one on the panel seemed to see the irony in Trump not holding any press conferences since last July, something these same folks routinely excoriated Clinton for throughout the fall campaign.
