I tend to not find myself attracted to black guys a lot sexually, although I tend to have a lot more black male friends than white. I know I'm not racist, it's just preference, the same way I prefer long hair to short hair, or blonde to brunette. I mean, I've found black men attractive before, but not usually.

merrysbrat: exactly. ALL of my friends would be called "latino" by American standards, though they consider themselves white. But "latinas" -whatever the hell that is- don't attract me.

I guess there is such a thing as too much social engineering...

If you take some time to look at society from the outside (like, from another country's perspective) you will find a lot more of those inconsistencies, perceptions and prejudices than you imagine.
