I fret about everything, and no one will ever convince me that I am beautiful when naked....
But what does help me feel a bit better about it is to be prepared before the other person sees me. I'll get naked, and find a place on the bed to lay down, stretched out on my back (you'd be surprised how many flaws this can hide! it makes ones breasts look firmer and more perky, it makes ones stomach look flatter, etc). Or, if its for a scene, I will kneel on the floor, essentially curled up.
And believe me, tattoos do help to encourage a liking for a specific body part. I love mine!
