Status: offline 		well, my curse words seem to fit the circumstances of whatever has gone tits up.....but that's a fave in it's own right. 

as far as a derogatory comment, there's the "H/She's as useless as tits on a boar hog.....".  or "boys are dumb"....used to explain men.....(oh, behave.....i'm sure you men out there make the "woman driver" comments half a dozen times a day!)

Status: offline 		i, too, don't object to "adult language" in the right setting. but when i find myself in certain company, my favourite substitute swear is fritz example being "they really fritzed that job," it's a good word when you've started to say fuck but can't follow through without getting that certain look... i heard somewhere that the word fritz  once meant "bastard" and would be used as a name to still claim that a man did father a child, but wasn't gonna give him the family name as said child was illigitamate, talk about humiliation. something like; Bob Fritz John, in stead of; Bob Johnson. i don't remember too much, i just like the word : )

Swearing doesn't bother me much...there is a time and a place for it. Such as this weekend when I was slicing lemons and nicked my thumb. I think the word Fuck in ever possible form came out of my mouth.

Status: offline 		Under the right circumstances, swearing is quite effective and helps vent off a flash of anger  LOL  Though used too much I do find it is a turn off when hearing others swear too much and also with myself!

Yet my personal favorite phrase, which I only use when I am quite ticked off is "goddamn fuc*in son of a bitch"  lol  That usually gets the other person's attention and alerts them to my bad temper

I grew up not even being allowed to say 'shut up', swearing is pretty much alien to me & I don't really like it. I only read page 1 of this lol. If I have to insult someone I'd much rather use a certain tone of voice with cutting words of the non-swearing variety:
'You are a small minded, pathetic little person & I have nothing but pity for you'
Or something like that.

But.. if I stub my toe or something out flies 'Fuck a duck in the rain upside down!!'. I have no idea why a duck is involved...

Status: offline 		Hello stella40. I for one never use foul language in M/s . I know about shit, piss, cunt, fuck, ass, etc. but I tend to go 'upstairs' like: shit for brains, airhead and foul mouth. All the qualities one would look for in a disciplined self respecting submissive, right? RL.

Status: offline 		Much to my mother's dismay, you'd think I was a Navy Vet.  However, I generally reserve swearing and cursing for machinery.  Computers, test equipment, cars, tools, they get the worst.  I had to tone down the language when I had a parrot, she'd pick up anything.

I've noticed a few good substitutions at work lately:  "goat rope" = clusterfuck, and "HAIL no!" for "shit, no!".  And these from guys who fart a lot.

A particularly nasty swear I drummed up was "misbegotten, six-fathered son of a whore's left tit."  Strong men shuddered when they heard it.

Bonus points to whomever figures out where I got the last phrase.

I cuss pretty good, I agree about the not cussing around children or parrots. (both repeat you at the worst times:)

As far as insults go, I enjoy a good smack talk insult match. Here are some gems I've heard or used.

Does your mother know the abortion failed?
I'd piss on you if you were on fire, but not to put the fire out.

Your mudflap ugly. They have to tie a mudflap to your ass to keep the dog from fucking you.
Your mother should have shaved your ass and taught you to walk on your hands.
When you were young they had to tie a steak around your neck to get the dog to play with you.
I'm glad stupid isn't contagious, because your infected.
The best part of you slid down the crack of your mothers ass.

And my fav personal insult was from a guy I worked with to a woman who kept making jokes about him having a small penis.
