I have to say I liked this one. I can't suggested much for the taste honestly, other than what I read, NEVER knew you had much of a choice in the swallow part I guess? Actually for me the only reason to take part in this activity is the reward that you get to swallow. (slowly I am being taught, it isn't a waste to have that explosion on my face or such...use to very much annoy me, but not a bad any more).
The diet I have read on another site that it takes a while, what the one suggested is she made him breakfast, that was healthy with sweet juices. It was also suggested that avoiding coffee, and drinks that have high acid contents in them. I don't know if it works or not.
As for all of him, practise would help...even at times like brushing your teeth, eatting a banana sort of deal, BUT truly becareful we where given the gag reflex for a reason! Another suggestion is brush your teeth before hand, but the key to that isn't the brushing it is the mouthwash ;-), make sure that it sits at the back of your mouth/throat for a bit, will have a bit of a numbing effect...again so I have been told.
Pending on mouth size and his size, mints, candies, freezes, I could go on here, could help with taste, PLUS add a different sensation for him ;-).
As for the comment "but he offers no guidance or pressure to push me" simply telling him, you truly would like to do this, yet you aren't completely sure, so maybe him talking you through it, telling you what he likes, would help you, warning you when he is close, so that you can make the choice, so forth. Remember though you have hands, and there is more to his parts than just the shaft... ;-), either way the best advice is to have fun, I think!
