Status: offline 		Well erm........ After reading the sucking thread and a few days ago the deep throat thread, i'd thought i'd add on.

So we are merrily sucking along with all our new learned techniques, deep throating with all the practice we've done on banana's and dildos.............. but what do we do when our jaws start to ache and they fill like they're gonna fall off?

Stopping and starting again isnt always the best.. drives em nuts
and you dont want to stop because well.. ya dont want to
focusing on something else can help for awhile.....


So any suggestions on jaw strengthing exercises

(other then sitting here with a cucumber and giving it head for hours on end?)

Seriously, like any other part of your body, after a while you build resistance. The first few times you lift weights, your arms hurt. After a while you develop a stronger tolerance.

So your sucking a cuke might be a good technique. Either that or dating an entire football team ;)

Then i think... hmm... i could use a few tips on how not to get aching jaws doing other activities where i need to stretch my tongue a little further. I'm going to take some advice from here and start chewing gum. haha.

First, let me put forth my agreement with the comments regarding pacing oneself and building up more stamina as you go along.

Secondly, a plausible aid for your problem might be something we used to do when playing brass instruments for a long period of time. (Which btw - does help stregthen your lip/jaw muscles so if you're looking for an instrument to learn... :P). Anywho, take some sugary gum (Hubba Bubba, etc), chew it for a short while to make it malleable and then smooth it over your gums under your lips. The sugar seeps into your lip muscles and gums giving you a little burst of energy to those parts. Mind you, i've not tried it in this particular context since i don't generally have trouble with becoming too sore but it should work.

Status: offline 		Well if the Jaws are sore I'm sure you can take a break. Tylenol, Ibprophen and such will help as well.

However, if you really want to know how to prevent getting sore jaws all together, Don't tighten up with your jaws. Keep them relaxed and focus more on tightining your lips. You'll do alot more for a longer time with minor sorness in your jaws.
