Kitte, Much depends upon who you wind up serving. Reflexology is often taught in Adult Education classes within many School Districts where I've lived. I learned much of what I know through a book titled "The Family Guide to Reflexology" (© 1998, ISBN 0-316-31484-6) written by Ann Gillanders. It has excellent maps of the feet and hands. It's easy to read and understand, especially for one who is familiar with the body, how it's muscles and organs work, as would be the case with those trained in massage. The author has written a number of books on the subject and this is the one that I normally refer to when I quickly need to refresh my memory. There's much more that can be learned to help with specific problems, but IMO this is a very good start for anyone who wants to learn about reflexology. Best of all, all you need is someone with two feet to practice on. As you probably know, using reflexology, one can relax the entire body and also treat problems with internal organs by only touching the feet or the hands. However, in my experience, I've not had a lot of success with the hands and only focus on the feet and ankles which I've learned are generally far more responsive. Plus, I also have a foot fetish so tend to do what comes naturally to me, thus Mistress gets the best of both foot worship combined with reflexology. - pixel
