Can't complain, DC. We've just been getting ready for a stream of houseguests over the next week. If the schedule goes right, we should be able to get the sheets washed between guestroom occupants.

All set for the holidays?

Getting there. Have a bit of shopping to do, then off to Ohio to see my brother and parents.

Present shopping, done. Food shopping for a weeks worth of houseguests, done. Booze cabinet stocked well enough that anybody who wants a particular micro-brew can be told where the liquor store is. That totaled up to a lot.

Doing the holidays in my own house, with the people I want around, rather than the ones I'm supposedly obligated to be with? Priceless.

Christmas was quiet here in New Jersey.  The white stuff waited until the weekend.  We're just being lazy and resting a lot.
