Good idea on the pic, Beachmystress, I think I will have to try to take one. All I know for sure is mine fill up 2 duffel bags completely, and totally cover my chaise lounge in my bedroom when laid out. I have not thought about taking a pic of them though, lol.

if your collection is anything like mine, you're best to document it for insurance purposes. My collection is worth several thousand dollars. In case of fire or theft, I want a visual record of what was lost.

Also, it is nice to keep an inventory so you don't forget you own something. My collection lives in a half-bed under the bed storage unit, a suitcase and a duffel bag. I don't go through the under the bed stuff often unless I'm seeking a particular thing.. It is nice to have a photo to look at sometimes to remind you that.. OH, you have that nipple stretcher......

I don't know exactly how much I own, but with one online store I get distributor pricing, lol. I don't know about it for insurance purposes, (would probably make all the circles with a claim like that in this town, lol) but, I have acquired something twice, and do tend to forget about lesser used objects, because like you, I do not pull out everything all the time(that would take up all playtime, smiles)

In your case, rather than just a photo, perhaps a database or list. You can update it when you get something. You can drop a text file into a browser window and be able to search it. Adobe files also are able to be searched, so you can check if you have something before purchasing again. It is almost like keeping an inventory list for your online shop, except that you aren't planning on any of your personal toys leaving.
